My name is Isabella Rose—Bella for short—and I’m so glad you’re here! At Bella Rose Healing Hands, I provide a sacred space for women (and men) to reconnect with their authentic selves, break free from limiting beliefs, and embrace the magick within to create lives filled with unconditional love, growth, and balance.
As a holistic wellness practitioner, life coach, author, and artist, my mission is to guide you on a transformative journey of healing and self-discovery. Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, emotional balance, or a deeper connection to yourself and your Spiritual Team, I’m here to listen to your needs and tailor each session to support your goals. Using natural, alternative healing modalities, I empower you to release what no longer serves you and step into your power to create a life you truly love.
As long as I can remember I have always wanted to help others whether it be helping my Grammie hang the clothes on the clothesline and take them down when I was a little girl, helping my mom set up for classroom for back to school to volunteering for the local homeless shelter in sixth and seventh grades, candy-striping in seventh and eighth grade at a chronic care hospital and continuing to volunteer with many organizations close to my heart as an adult.
In high school, I thought about becoming a child psychologist to help children who like me experienced trauma and abuse but instead opted into the pre-school teacher curriculum. Like my mom, I wanted to be a schoolteacher.
My passion and life’s work are helping others heal and transform from a place of quiet desperation and pain to a place of hope and empowerment, where they can embrace their true authentic selves and be the women they are meant to be. As a Holistic Wellness Practitioner and Coach, I guide women in identifying their inner strengths and conquering their fears and the perceived barriers that hold them back. Once we identify these barriers together, I arm my clients with tools and techniques to begin their unique healing process to discover their magick within to heal and transform their lives to create a life they love.
Bella Rose Healing Hands started in 2016 when I listened to and followed my heart, Divine guidance, and my passions for the healing and creative arts and helping others. A year, after I had left an abusive and toxic relationship. I wanted to share the magick and messages of the Angels and other realms with others as well as Angel Energy Healing and aromatherapy. And that was what I began to do.
My life would take another major turn at the end of 2016, when I survived what doctors say should have been a fatal car crash for me, my aorta collapsing and tearing alone doctors said should have killed me. I know I was saved by the grace of God, and the power of love in Divine intervention for a higher purpose. My occupational therapist encouraged me to put my knowledge and training in various alternative healing modalities, including Angel Energy Healing, Reiki, breathwork, and aromatherapy to use by healing myself, which I immediately started to do.
With the encouragement of my occupational therapist along with the loving support of my (late) fiancé, I completed the admissions process to the Doctorate of Natural Medicine program at Quantum University and was accepted to the program. The car accident not only gave me a gift of life a second time but also a lifetime of gifts to share my passions for holistic health and natural medicine to heal myself, others, and the world.
I have a deep passion for the healing arts and find them incredibly rewarding. My enthusiasm shines through as I touch the lives of others and the world around me with my creativity, writing, and healing practices. I love inspiring others by tapping into their emotions, heart's desires, and dreams, helping them move toward healing and unlocking their full potential. I aim to create an environment filled with positive energy, and I take pride in building community by bringing like-minded individuals together in my interactive, hands-on workshops, ensuring everyone feels safe, comfortable, and included.
My background is diverse and extensive in various alternative healing modalities, including Angel Energy Healing, Reiki, Aromatherapy, and Brain Tap Technology. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Holistic Health Sciences. I've had the privilege of studying with Dr. Elson Haas and have completed Recovery Coach Training through the Police Assisted Addiction and Recovery Initiative (PAARI) program. I’m also trained in Domestic Violence Advocacy and Trauma-Informed Coaching.
In addition to these credentials, I hold several certifications, including:

Additionally, I’ve appeared on Enlightened World Network (EWN), Cultivating a New Generation podcast, Re-Thinking Business: Success Sauce & Two Pickles, and co-hosted the Angel Realms Radio Show with Maria G. Maas. I'm also a member of the International Association of Angel Practitioners.
I live in New England in a small town near Plymouth, Massachusetts, where I find much inspiration for my writing and creative arts. I enjoy traveling, spending time in nature, and cherishing moments with loved ones. I love cooking and baking for my family and especially enjoy spoiling my father’s cat. I am a passionate advocate for those who feel they have no voice, and I love helping others and volunteering for causes and nonprofit organizations close to my heart.

I am deeply grateful for the many people and experiences that have shaped me into the person I am today. Life’s journey has been filled with love, adversity, lessons, and moments of profound transformation, and each has played a role in making me the person I am today.
My beloved Grammie and my late fiancé showed me the true meaning of unconditional love, embracing me with warmth and acceptance. My father filled my world with humor and music, sparking a lifelong appreciation for both. My mother, with her gentle heart, instilled in me the values of patience and kindness. My sister’s unwavering strength and resilience inspired me to rise in my own power, no matter the challenge.
The near fatal car accident that forever changed my life also taught me to advocate for myself, deepening my understanding of resilience and the importance of self-care. Even in adversity, I found the strength to heal, transform, and step into my purpose.
Above all, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to my clients and students—each of you makes my holistic wellness practice possible. Your trust, your courage, and your commitment to your own healing and growth inspire me every day. Thank you for allowing me to walk beside you on this journey. You are my greatest teachers, and I am honored to be a part of your path.

Woman's face with closed eyes, covered in golden glitter, surrounded by autumn leaves. Text: "Within the Stillness, the Body Whispers."
Fall has always spoken to me; a season of letting go, slowing down, and turning inward. Lately, I’ve been in my own season of learning and relearning how to truly listen to my body, to follow where it leads, and to honor what it needs. That exploration inspired the theme of my first Red Thread Circle, which I was thrilled to facilitate during my Color of Woman Intentional Creativity Teacher Training.
There’s a particular moment in autumn when you can feel the shift not just in the air, but in your bones. The light slants differently. The world exhales. And if you're paying attention, you might notice your body doing the same.
We talk a lot about "listening to your body" in wellness circles. It's become almost cliché, repeated so often it risks losing its meaning. But there's a crucial second step we often neglect: following what we hear. Fall teaches us both.
As the trees begin their magnificent release, dropping leaves that no longer serve them, nature offers us a masterclass in paying attention. The shorter days aren't a punishment, they're an invitation. Your body knows thisinstinctively. You might notice you're craving heavier foods, warmer drinks, earlier bedtimes. Your energy naturally turns inward. That restless summer momentum begins to settle into something slower, deeper, more contemplative. This isn't laziness or seasonal depression (though those are real and deserve attention). Often, it's simply your body speaking its seasonal language.
But listening is the easy part. We're generally pretty good at hearing the whispers: the fatigue, the craving for solitude, the need for more rest. We nod knowingly, maybe journal about it, and then... we override it completely.
Following your body's guidance requires something more difficult than awareness, it requires trust. And in a culture that glorifies productivity, constant availability, and pushing through, following your body's wisdom can feel almost rebellious.
Your body says rest, and your calendar says no. Your body craves quiet, and your obligations demand noise. Your body signals it's time to release something; a relationship, a habit, a version of yourself and fear whispers, "not yet."
Sometimes honoring your body’s whispers means not being able to do something you said you would, or setting a boundary that others might not understand. That can stir up guilt but part of learning to trust your body is learning to let go of that guilt too. Rest, recalibration, and boundaries are not signs of weakness. They are the body’s way of leading you back to balance.
There's nothing passive about turning inward. It's not retreat or withdrawal. It's return. A return to the sacred self that lives beneath the performance, beneath the productivity, beneath all the ways we've learned to be palatable to the world.
Just as trees draw their energy down into their roots during autumn, we too can practice this seasonal pulling back. This might look like:
Saying no to commitments that deplete rather than nourish
Creating actual space for rest, not just squeezing it in between tasks
Allowing yourself to be less available, less "on"
Sitting with uncomfortable feelings instead of scrolling past them
Nourishing yourself with warmth in food, in environment, in relationships
This inward turn isn't selfish. It's necessary. You cannot give from an empty well, and pretending the well is full doesn't make it so.
When we actually follow our body's guidance and turn inward, we discover something remarkable: there's wisdom waiting there. Ancient, instinctual knowing that our busy, bright, overstimulated lives often drown out. Your body knows when it's time to let go. It knows what nourishes and what depletes. It knows the difference between the productive discomfort of growth and the destructive discomfort of self-betrayal. But you have to get quiet enough to hear it, and brave enough to believe it.
Fall doesn't apologize for the falling leaves, the earlier darkness, the slowing down. It doesn't rush toward spring or cling to summer. It trusts its own timing, its own rhythms, its own necessary seasons.
Tending to your sacred self isn't a luxury reserved for spa days and vacations. It's the daily practice of treating yourself as someone worth caring for—someone whose needs matter. It's checking in: How do I actually feel? What do I actually need? What am I carrying that isn't mine to carry?
Here's the revolutionary part actually honoring what you discover.
As autumn deepens, consider this your permission slip. You don't need to maintain summer's pace. You don't need to override your body's wisdom with willpower. You don't need to wait until you're completely depleted to finally rest.
Listen to your body. And then, courageously, follow where it leads you.
Let go of what needs releasing. Turn inward without guilt. Tend to your sacred self with the same devotion you give to everything and everyone else.
The trees are showing us how. They release without resistance, draw energy inward without apology, and trust that spring will come again not despite the winter, but because of it.
Your body knows its seasons too.
Maybe it's time YOU finally trusted it.
