About Me

Welcome to Bella Rose

Healing Hands

You have arrived at a place of compassionate

healing and growth

My name is Isabella Rose—Bella for short—and I’m so glad you’re here! At Bella Rose Healing Hands, I provide a sacred space for women (and men) to reconnect with their authentic selves, break free from limiting beliefs, and embrace the magick within to create lives filled with unconditional love, growth, and balance.

As a holistic wellness practitioner, life coach, author, and artist, my mission is to guide you on a transformative journey of healing and self-discovery. Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, emotional balance, or a deeper connection to yourself and your Spiritual Team, I’m here to listen to your needs and tailor each session to support your goals. Using natural, alternative healing modalities, I empower you to release what no longer serves you and step into your power to create a life you truly love.

The Journey to Bella Rose Healing Hands

As long as I can remember I have always wanted to help others whether it be helping my Grammie hang the clothes on the clothesline and take them down when I was a little girl, helping my mom set up for classroom for back to school to volunteering for the local homeless shelter in sixth and seventh grades, candy-striping in seventh and eighth grade at a chronic care hospital and continuing to volunteer with many organizations close to my heart as an adult.

In high school, I thought about becoming a child psychologist to help children who like me experienced trauma and abuse but instead opted into the pre-school teacher curriculum. Like my mom, I wanted to be a schoolteacher.

My passion and life’s work are helping others heal and transform from a place of quiet desperation and pain to a place of hope and empowerment, where they can embrace their true authentic selves and be the women they are meant to be. As a Holistic Wellness Practitioner and Coach, I guide women in identifying their inner strengths and conquering their fears and the perceived barriers that hold them back. Once we identify these barriers together, I arm my clients with tools and techniques to begin their unique healing process to discover their magick within to heal and transform their lives to create a life they love.

Bella Rose Healing Hands started in 2016 when I listened to and followed my heart, Divine guidance, and my passions for the healing and creative arts and helping others. A year, after I had left an abusive and toxic relationship. I wanted to share the magick and messages of the Angels and other realms with others as well as Angel Energy Healing and aromatherapy. And that was what I began to do.

My life would take another major turn at the end of 2016, when I survived what doctors say should have been a fatal car crash for me, my aorta collapsing and tearing alone doctors said should have killed me. I know I was saved by the grace of God, and the power of love in Divine intervention for a higher purpose. My occupational therapist encouraged me to put my knowledge and training in various alternative healing modalities, including Angel Energy Healing, Reiki, breathwork, and aromatherapy to use by healing myself, which I immediately started to do.

With the encouragement of my occupational therapist along with the loving support of my (late) fiancé, I completed the admissions process to the Doctorate of Natural Medicine program at Quantum University and was accepted to the program. The car accident not only gave me a gift of life a second time but also a lifetime of gifts to share my passions for holistic health and natural medicine to heal myself, others, and the world.

Meet Bella Rose

I have a deep passion for the healing arts and find them incredibly rewarding. My enthusiasm shines through as I touch the lives of others and the world around me with my creativity, writing, and healing practices. A Note of Gratitude

I am deeply grateful for the many people and experiences that have shaped me into the person I am today. Life’s journey has been filled with love, adversity, lessons, and moments of profound transformation, and each has played a role in making me the person I am today.

My beloved Grammie and my late fiancé showed me the true meaning of unconditional love, embracing me with warmth and acceptance. My father filled my world with humor and music, sparking a lifelong appreciation for both. My mother, with her gentle heart, instilled in me the values of patience and kindness. My sister’s unwavering strength and resilience inspired me to rise in my own power, no matter the challenge.

The near fatal car accident that forever changed my life also taught me to advocate for myself, deepening my understanding of resilience and the importance of self-care. Even in adversity, I found the strength to heal, transform, and step into my purpose.

Above all, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to my clients and students—each of you makes my holistic wellness practice possible. Your trust, your courage, and your commitment to your own healing and growth inspire me every day. Thank you for allowing me to walk beside you on this journey. You are my greatest teachers, and I am honored to be a part of your path.

Revere in the Return of Autumn

Revere in the Return of Autumn

September 22, 20226 min read

Today, we welcome in the first day of fall here in the Northern Hemisphere with the Autumnal Equinox. This year, the exact point of the Equinox happens on September 22, 2022, at 9:04 pm EDT in New England. Please note this post contains affiliate links. Please see disclaimer at the bottom of the post.

The Autumnal Equinox sits directly across from Spring Equinox which the Southern Hemisphere is experiencing now and is the halfway point from Summer Solstice to Winter Solstice.

The Autumn Equinox, also called Mabon, is the harvest season’s winding down. A time of year, in which you are called to let go of the growing phase of the cycle, allowing it to fall away just like the leaves will soon be doing.

It is the time of the year when day and night are in sacred balance in equal length and then from this day onwards, the nights will continue to get longer until we reach the Winter Solstice. It signals change is in the air and the time to start slowing down and turning inward. It is a time for reflection, balance, letting go, and gratitude; the time to give thanks for all that has gone before, to look to what we want for the future, and to prepare for the journey into the darkness of the unknown.

Autumn is my favorite time of the year here in New England. The air is brisk and crisp, the trees are at their peak with vibrant, beautiful colors, the sound of the dried fallen leaves will soon be crunching underfoot, and there are pumpkins galore, apple cider, and more. The cranberry bogs will soon be ripe with deep red berries ready for harvesting. This year I will revere in the return of autumn by making homemade soup (Asian Noodle Soup with Gingered Chicken Meatballs), lighting a candle and entering into sacred reflection on this cycle, writing a gratitude list, creating a Cosmic Smash Book page in my Cosmic Smash Book to name a few.

Here are 10 ways to Revere in the Return Autumn

  1. Go for a nature walk. Be present in the moment and take in all the sights, sounds, and smells. Collect leaves, acorns, pinecones, rocks, etc. to make autumn decorations and crafts with.

  2. Write a gratitude list of the things you accomplished and succeeded at so far this year. Then write a list of things that you want to release and let go of and a list of things you want to take with you and bring into the future. Say ” thank you” to your loved one, ancestors, God, Goddess, the Angels, and the Universe. Celebrate all the blessings in your life and those that are yet to come.

  3. Do a” fall” cleaning of your home (like that of a spring cleaning). Get rid of the things you no longer need or serve you. Switch out your summer clothes with your cold-weather wear. Donate items to a local charity, non-profit organization, or someone in need. See my DIY Natural Cleaning Recipes for a safe, non-toxic way to clean your home.

  4. Bless your home by asking God, Goddess, the Angels, and the Universe (the source of higher power that you relate to) to protect your home and its inhabitants.

  5. Make homemade soup or a baked good from scratch such as pumpkin bread or an apple-themed dish like apple pie.

  6. Make an autumn decoration or craft and decorate your home inside and out.

  7. Visit a local farmer’s market. Pick up some of your favorite fruits and veggies. Remember to pick up some pumpkins, mums, Indian corn, and corn husks to decorate with.

  8. Go apple-picking. This one is still on my bucket list of things to do in the fall.

  9. Read a book with an autumn theme. Too Many Pumpkins by Linda White is always a favorite among the children. If you’re looking for a book for yourself, The Cider House Rules by John Irving is s a literary classic that’s perfect for a cozy fall read.

  10. Bring the scent of autumn indoors with essential oils or candles. Here are two of my favorite aromatherapy diffuser blends:

Autumn Breeze

  1. 4 drops of Cinnamon Bark (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) essential oil

  2. 2 drops of Clove Bud (Syzygium aromaticum) essential oil

  3. 2 drops of Sweet Orange (Citrus sinensis) essential oil.

  4. 2 drops of Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin) essential oil

(Please follow the directions accompanying your aromatherapy diffuser when adding essential oils as well as take safety precautions when handling essential oils.)

You can also make it into a room spray by adding the essential oils and water to a 2oz spritzer bottle. Just add the essential oils and then fill it up to the shoulder with water. Shake well before spritzing around the house

Autumn Cheer

  1. 2 drops Lemon (Citrus x limon) essential oil

  2. 2 drops Sweet Orange (Citrus sinensis) essential oil

  3. 2 drops Clove Bud (Syzygium aromaticum) essential oil

  4. 2 drops Ginger (Zingiber officinale) essential oil

My Personal Gratitude

I’m feeling extremely blessed as I reflect back on this past season. Many things have come into form this year. Some I had on my on “radar” and some just surprised me with their unfolding.

Here are a few of my rich blessings this year.

  1. My latest collaborative book, Soul Biz: Practical Tips & Heartfelt Wisdom for Entrepreneurs, Solopreneurs, & Creative Souls became a number one bestseller on Amazon.

  2. I celebrated my graduation from Quantum University with my Bachelor in Holistic Health Sciences degree and immediately began my studies in the Masters of Natural Medicine program.

  3. This came as surprise. I wasn’t planning on this at all. I had been asking the Universe for signs about my life purpose and if I was in alignment with my goals and dreams. No sooner I asked the opportunity to take Domestic Violence Advocacy Training came up!

These are a few of the blessings I’m giving thanks for today on Autumn Equinox. What about you? I’d love to hear your favorite way to revere in the return of autumn and the blessings you are giving thanks for today.
