My name is Isabella Rose—Bella for short—and I’m so glad you’re here! At Bella Rose Healing Hands, I provide a sacred space for women (and men) to reconnect with their authentic selves, break free from limiting beliefs, and embrace the magick within to create lives filled with unconditional love, growth, and balance.
As a holistic wellness practitioner, life coach, author, and artist, my mission is to guide you on a transformative journey of healing and self-discovery. Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, emotional balance, or a deeper connection to yourself and your Spiritual Team, I’m here to listen to your needs and tailor each session to support your goals. Using natural, alternative healing modalities, I empower you to release what no longer serves you and step into your power to create a life you truly love.
As long as I can remember I have always wanted to help others whether it be helping my Grammie hang the clothes on the clothesline and take them down when I was a little girl, helping my mom set up for classroom for back to school to volunteering for the local homeless shelter in sixth and seventh grades, candy-striping in seventh and eighth grade at a chronic care hospital and continuing to volunteer with many organizations close to my heart as an adult.
In high school, I thought about becoming a child psychologist to help children who like me experienced trauma and abuse but instead opted into the pre-school teacher curriculum. Like my mom, I wanted to be a schoolteacher.
My passion and life’s work are helping others heal and transform from a place of quiet desperation and pain to a place of hope and empowerment, where they can embrace their true authentic selves and be the women they are meant to be. As a Holistic Wellness Practitioner and Coach, I guide women in identifying their inner strengths and conquering their fears and the perceived barriers that hold them back. Once we identify these barriers together, I arm my clients with tools and techniques to begin their unique healing process to discover their magick within to heal and transform their lives to create a life they love.
Bella Rose Healing Hands started in 2016 when I listened to and followed my heart, Divine guidance, and my passions for the healing and creative arts and helping others. A year, after I had left an abusive and toxic relationship. I wanted to share the magick and messages of the Angels and other realms with others as well as Angel Energy Healing and aromatherapy. And that was what I began to do.
My life would take another major turn at the end of 2016, when I survived what doctors say should have been a fatal car crash for me, my aorta collapsing and tearing alone doctors said should have killed me. I know I was saved by the grace of God, and the power of love in Divine intervention for a higher purpose. My occupational therapist encouraged me to put my knowledge and training in various alternative healing modalities, including Angel Energy Healing, Reiki, breathwork, and aromatherapy to use by healing myself, which I immediately started to do.
With the encouragement of my occupational therapist along with the loving support of my (late) fiancé, I completed the admissions process to the Doctorate of Natural Medicine program at Quantum University and was accepted to the program. The car accident not only gave me a gift of life a second time but also a lifetime of gifts to share my passions for holistic health and natural medicine to heal myself, others, and the world.
I have a deep passion for the healing arts and find them incredibly rewarding. My enthusiasm shines through as I touch the lives of others and the world around me with my creativity, writing, and healing practices. I love inspiring others by tapping into their emotions, heart's desires, and dreams, helping them move toward healing and unlocking their full potential. I aim to create an environment filled with positive energy, and I take pride in building community by bringing like-minded individuals together in my interactive, hands-on workshops, ensuring everyone feels safe, comfortable, and included.
My background is diverse and extensive in various alternative healing modalities, including Angel Energy Healing, Reiki, Aromatherapy, and Brain Tap Technology. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Holistic Health Sciences. I've had the privilege of studying with Dr. Elson Haas and have completed Recovery Coach Training through the Police Assisted Addiction and Recovery Initiative (PAARI) program. I’m also trained in Domestic Violence Advocacy and Trauma-Informed Coaching.

I am deeply grateful for the many people and experiences that have shaped me into the person I am today. Life’s journey has been filled with love, adversity, lessons, and moments of profound transformation, and each has played a role in making me the person I am today.
My beloved Grammie and my late fiancé showed me the true meaning of unconditional love, embracing me with warmth and acceptance. My father filled my world with humor and music, sparking a lifelong appreciation for both. My mother, with her gentle heart, instilled in me the values of patience and kindness. My sister’s unwavering strength and resilience inspired me to rise in my own power, no matter the challenge.
The near fatal car accident that forever changed my life also taught me to advocate for myself, deepening my understanding of resilience and the importance of self-care. Even in adversity, I found the strength to heal, transform, and step into my purpose.
Above all, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to my clients and students—each of you makes my holistic wellness practice possible. Your trust, your courage, and your commitment to your own healing and growth inspire me every day. Thank you for allowing me to walk beside you on this journey. Butterflies in blue and orange hues flutter around shimmering chains in a dark misty setting. Text: "Shattering the Silence Together."
October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, a time to shine light into the shadows where abuse thrives, to honor survivors, and to recommit ourselves to creating a world where everyone can live free from violence and fear.
As someone who has walked the difficult path from victim to survivor, I understand the courage it takes to speak your truth. My journey, which I share through my poetic memoir Behind the Masked Smile: A Survivor's Quest for Love, has taught me that our stories have power; power to heal ourselves and power to help others feel less alone.
Domestic violence doesn't discriminate. It crosses all boundaries of race, class, education, and geography. Behind seemingly perfect facades, countless individuals suffer in silence, wearing their own masked smiles to hide the pain within. The bruises aren't always visible, but the wounds run deep; physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual.
Too often, survivors are met with questions that shift blame: "Why didn't you leave?" "What did you do to provoke them?" These questions miss the complex reality of abuse: the manipulation, isolation, economic control, and cycles of violence that make leaving feel impossible or even life-threatening.
Survival is not a single moment but a journey—sometimes a long and winding one. It's learning to trust yourself again after someone convinced you that your reality wasn't real. It's rebuilding your sense of worth after years of being torn down. It's finding your voice after being silenced.
Poetry and prose are some of the ways I've found healing in transforming pain into purpose. Writing became my witness, my therapy, my reclamation of my own narrative. Every word written was an act of defiance against the silence that abuse demands.
This month isn't just about statistics, though they matter. It's about the real people behind those numbers, people who deserve to be seen, believed, and supported. Awareness creates the possibility for change:
It educates communities about the warning signs of abuse
It challenges the stigma that keeps survivors trapped in shame
It mobilizes resources and support for those seeking safety
It holds abusers accountable rather than excusing their behavior
It empowers bystanders to act when they witness abuse
You don't need to have experienced domestic violence to be part of the solution. Here's how you can help:
Believe survivors. When someone shares their story, your belief can be life-changing. Don't interrogate their choices; support their courage.
Educate yourself. Learn about the dynamics of abuse, the barriers to leaving, and the resources available in your community.
Support local organizations. Domestic violence shelters and advocacy programs need donations, volunteers, and community support to continue their vital work.
Check in with compassion. If you're concerned about someone, approach them with non-judgment and let them know you're there when they're ready.
Speak up. Challenge jokes, comments, or attitudes that normalize abuse or blame victims.
If you're reading this and you're still in the midst of your struggle, please know: You are not alone. You are not to blame. You deserve love that doesn't hurt. You deserve a life free from fear. Your story matters. Your pain is valid. And your journey toward healing, however it unfolds, is worthy of respect and support.
For me, writing Behind the Masked Smilewas part of my quest, not just for love from others, but for the self-love that abuse had stolen from me. Finding that love within myself became the foundation for everything else.
Domestic Violence Awareness Month reminds us that silence protects abusers, but we must also acknowledge that speaking out requires safety first. For those still in abusive relationships, exposure can be dangerous. Your safety is always the priority.
If you're currently in an abusive situation, speaking out publicly may not be safe right now—and that's okay. There are safer ways to seek help:
Reach out to a domestic violence hotline confidentially
Create a safety plan with a trained advocate
Document abuse privately (photos, journal entries) and store them securely outside your home
Confide in one trusted person who can help you when you're ready
Use a safe computer or phone that your abuser cannot access
For survivors who are now safe, your voice—when you're ready to use it—can be powerful. There's no timeline for healing and sharing your story is a personal choice. When and how you speak is entirely up to you.
For allies and advocates, we can amplify awareness without putting survivors at risk. Every story shared, every purple ribbon worn, every conversation started in safe spaces chips away at the culture that allows abuse to flourish.
Let this October be a catalyst for change in our homes, our communities, and our hearts. Let us create a world where no one has to wear a masked smile to hide their pain, where survivors are met with compassion instead of judgment, and where love is defined by respect, equality, and safety.
To every survivor: Your strength inspires me. Your courage lights the way for others. And your voice when you're ready to use it has the power to make a difference in someone else's life and the world.
