My name is Isabella Rose—Bella for short—and I’m so glad you’re here! At Bella Rose Healing Hands, I provide a sacred space for women (and men) to reconnect with their authentic selves, break free from limiting beliefs, and embrace the magick within to create lives filled with unconditional love, growth, and balance.
As a holistic wellness practitioner, life coach, author, and artist, my mission is to guide you on a transformative journey of healing and self-discovery. Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, emotional balance, or a deeper connection to yourself and your Spiritual Team, I’m here to listen to your needs and tailor each session to support your goals. Using natural, alternative healing modalities, I empower you to release what no longer serves you and step into your power to create a life you truly love.
As long as I can remember I have always wanted to help others whether it be helping my Grammie hang the clothes on the clothesline and take them down when I was a little girl, helping my mom set up for classroom for back to school to volunteering for the local homeless shelter in sixth and seventh grades, candy-striping in seventh and eighth grade at a chronic care hospital and continuing to volunteer with many organizations close to my heart as an adult.
In high school, I thought about becoming a child psychologist to help children who like me experienced trauma and abuse but instead opted into the pre-school teacher curriculum. Like my mom, I wanted to be a schoolteacher.
My passion and life’s work are helping others heal and transform from a place of quiet desperation and pain to a place of hope and empowerment, where they can embrace their true authentic selves and be the women they are meant to be. As a Holistic Wellness Practitioner and Coach, I guide women in identifying their inner strengths and conquering their fears and the perceived barriers that hold them back. Once we identify these barriers together, I arm my clients with tools and techniques to begin their unique healing process to discover their magick within to heal and transform their lives to create a life they love.
Bella Rose Healing Hands started in 2016 when I listened to and followed my heart, Divine guidance, and my passions for the healing and creative arts and helping others. A year, after I had left an abusive and toxic relationship. I wanted to share the magick and messages of the Angels and other realms with others as well as Angel Energy Healing and aromatherapy. And that was what I began to do.
My life would take another major turn at the end of 2016, when I survived what doctors say should have been a fatal car crash for me, my aorta collapsing and tearing alone doctors said should have killed me. I know I was saved by the grace of God, and the power of love in Divine intervention for a higher purpose. My occupational therapist encouraged me to put my knowledge and training in various alternative healing modalities, including Angel Energy Healing, Reiki, breathwork, and aromatherapy to use by healing myself, which I immediately started to do.
With the encouragement of my occupational therapist along with the loving support of my (late) fiancé, I completed the admissions process to the Doctorate of Natural Medicine program at Quantum University and was accepted to the program. The car accident not only gave me a gift of life a second time but also a lifetime of gifts to share my passions for holistic health and natural medicine to heal myself, others, and the world.
I have a deep passion for the healing arts and find them incredibly rewarding. My enthusiasm shines through as I touch the lives of others and the world around me with my creativity, writing, and healing practices. I love inspiring others by tapping into their emotions, heart's desires, and dreams, helping them move toward healing and unlocking their full potential. I aim to create an environment filled with positive energy, and I take pride in building community by bringing like-minded individuals together in my interactive, hands-on workshops, ensuring everyone feels safe, comfortable, and included.
My background is diverse and extensive in various alternative healing modalities, including Angel Energy Healing, Reiki, Aromatherapy, and Brain Tap Technology. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Holistic Health Sciences. I've had the privilege of studying with Dr. Elson Haas and have completed Recovery Coach Training through the Police Assisted Addiction and Recovery Initiative (PAARI) program. I’m also trained in Domestic Violence Advocacy and Trauma-Informed Coaching.
In addition to these credentials, I hold several certifications, including:

I live in New England in a small town near Plymouth, Massachusetts, where I find much inspiration for my writing and creative arts. Together, we will release limiting beliefs, empower your authentic self, and support your path toward compassionate healing and personal growth.

I am deeply grateful for the many people and experiences that have shaped me into the person I am today. Life’s journey has been filled with love, adversity, lessons, and moments of profound transformation, and each has played a role in making me the person I am today.
My beloved Grammie and my late fiancé showed me the true meaning of unconditional love, embracing me with warmth and acceptance. My father filled my world with humor and music, sparking a lifelong appreciation for both. My mother, with her gentle heart, instilled in me the values of patience and kindness. My sister’s unwavering strength and resilience inspired me to rise in my own power, no matter the challenge.
The near fatal car accident that forever changed my life also taught me to advocate for myself, deepening my understanding of resilience and the importance of self-care. Even in adversity, I found the strength to heal, transform, and step into my purpose.
Above all, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to my clients and students—each of you makes my holistic wellness practice possible. Your trust, your courage, and your commitment to your own healing and growth inspire me every day. Thank you for allowing me to walk beside you on this journey. You are my greatest teachers, and I am honored to be a part of your path.

Woman with closed eyes, soft light on her face, shadows create a tranquil mood. Dark hair and background with abstract light patterns.
Mental health is just as essential as physical health, yet it has lived in the shadows for far too long. We’re encouraged to seek help for a fever or a fractured bone, but when we’re carrying invisible wounds like depression, anxiety, grief, or trauma, we’re often met with silence, discomfort, or stigma.
We’re told to smile. To be strong. To “keep it together.” But sometimes, those who seem the strongest; the ones always smiling, always helping—are the ones hurting the most.
I know this, not only from my healing work with others, but also from my own life experiences.
That’s why I wrote BehindtheMaskedSmile—to let others know they aren't alone and to give voice to the inner pain that so many of us keep hidden.
The Weight We Learn to Carry
Many of us have become experts at hiding. We put on the mask. We keep moving. We say “I’m fine” when we’re anything but. We play the roles: the caretaker, the cheerful one, the dependable one—while quietly unraveling on the inside.
Somewhere along the line, we were taught that vulnerability is weakness, that it’s safer to suffer in silence than to be seen in our truth. But emotional pain, like physical pain, is a message. It signals that something inside us needs care, love, and attention—not suppression.
The Legacy of Silent Struggle
The late Robin Williams—an icon of laughter and light—left behind a legacy that broke hearts and opened eyes. His passing reminded the world that the people who bring joy to others may be the ones most in need of compassion. It showed us that mental health challenges can live behind the brightest smiles. It’s a sobering truth: we never really know what someone is carrying. And it’s why this conversation is so necessary.
Why Mental Health Matters
Mental health touches every part of our lives—our thoughts, emotions, relationships, creativity, and sense of purpose. When our mental and emotional well-being is tended to, we can show up more fully in every area of life. We are more grounded, more compassionate, and more connected to our true selves.
But when mental health is neglected, the impact ripples through everything. It can lead to emotional exhaustion, physical symptoms, strained relationships, and a disconnection from joy, Spirit, and self.
We don’t heal by pretending nothing’s wrong. We heal by acknowledging what hurts—and by creating safe spaces where we can be witnessed in our wholeness, not just our strength.
Stigma Silences. Compassion Heals.
Despite progress in mental health awareness, stigma is still a powerful barrier. It keeps people from reaching out, from asking for support, from believing they’re worthy of healing.
So many of the women I work with—clients, soul sisters, friends—have told me they feel they must be strong for everyone else. That they don’t have “permission” to fall apart. They have to keep the mask on for fear of being judged, dismissed, or misunderstood.
But here’s the truth:
You don’t need to be perfect to be loved.
You don’t have to be healed to be whole.
You are not alone in your struggle.
Breaking the Silence Starts with Us
To shift the culture, we must first shift the conversation.
We can:
Speak honestly about our experiences, even when it’s hard.
Share stories of healing—not just the glossy parts, but the messy, real ones.
Listen to others with openness, without trying to fix or compare.
Normalize therapy, energy work, rest, and emotional care as sacred acts of self-love.
* Show compassion even when we don’t understand.
At Bella Rose Healing Hands, I’ve witnessed how powerful it is when someone is seen—not for who they think they should be, but for who they truly are. That’s where healing begins. That’s where we return to ourselves.
You Are Not Alone
If you’re struggling with anxiety, grief, burnout, trauma, or simply the weight of being human, you are not broken. You are not weak. You are not too much. You are human. And your vulnerability is not a flaw—it’s a doorway to deeper connection.
Let’s stop shaming our pain and start honoring our journeys. Let’s build a culture where we can put down the masks and be met with love, not judgment. Most of us are just trying to feel safe. Seen. Accepted. Loved. If you take nothing else from this, take this:
You are worthy. You matter. You belong.
So let’s be the ones who see beyond the surface.
Let’s be the ones who extend grace when others expect shame.
Let’s be the ones who remind each other: you don’t have to carry this alone.
Sometimes, the smallest act of compassion can open the door to someone’s healing and maybe—just—maybe—save a life.
